It did not take long. Captivated by the grace and beauty of central Virginia my wife Patty and I moved to the area with our 3-month-old son and began making our way in sleepy little Charlottesville. A few years and a “bunch” of grandchildren later, we still make our “home” here.

I have owned and successfully operated two service businesses in Charlottesville for more than 30 years. For the past 16 years I have owned and managed a residential real estate property management firm serving Charlottesville and the surrounding area. Managing my client’s real estate has taught me a great deal about both real estate and real estate investment.  That experience has prepared me well for finding solutions and working smart to market and find real estate on behalf of my clients.

Charlottesville Virginia, what a fantastic place to call home!  I am a sports enthusiast, especially college basketball and Tony Bennett’s vaunted HOOS. I enjoy an occasional round of golf. Just for fun I have coached high school basketball, little league football and other youth sports. But there is nothing to compare with cheering on my kids and grandkids in all their pursuits, with lacrosse as the current rage.
